Quantitative and Analytical Skills
Our team in Asset Management must be able to read spreadsheets and track a lot of detailed reports. They must be able to take a portfolio of tax liens and manage them as efficiently as possible through the redemption cycle or legal foreclosure. Real estate, legal foreclosure experience, and managing a trust are comparable competencies that we look for in the asset management group. Intermediate Excel, accounting and strong presentation skills are important.

Project Management and Organizational Skills- Strong Attention to Details
Whether you’re an Asset Manager or Administrator, you’ll have to keep track of reams of data from which to glean the important information. Furthermore, you’ll have to be able to make decisions, and execute them quickly and accurately. Delay can cost big money. Finally, you need to be able to work with various government entities. Without their coordinated efforts, you may not have the information you need to get the job done.

Attentiveness Skills
Servicing Administrators handle many details and challenging situations. They must be very organized and able to manage a filing system and track incoming and outgoing paperwork and correspondence. Departments include a call center, custodial services, reporting and payment processing.

Communication, Organization and Technology Skills
Skills in standard written English, friendly communication to interact with a wide range of people and time management are also important. Our Servicing Administrators must also be good with Microsoft office software programs, Excel, and spreadsheets.
